The item as pictured has hangers. However, the product received only has a velcro strap at the top. This won't work with my closet. I contacted Bajer (the maker) to see if there's a work-around, but my message wasn't returned.

I ordered this item and got one that had a velcro at the top instead of the hangers, so it would not work with my closet. I am returning it now.
